What it does for you

  • Sorts new student emails (login, lost link, payment or refund, content question) and checks proof of payment before any access answer
  • Writes replies in your voice as drafts only for the first 2 to 4 weeks, so you check every one
  • Sends refunds, upset students and anything unsure straight to you, with a short daily summary

What you'll need

  • Claude with the Gmail (or another email) connector turned on
  • A place payments show up: Stripe or PayPal receipts in your inbox, or your course platform's student list
  • Your FAQ, welcome email or a few past replies (or 30 minutes to answer its questions out loud)
How to start: Upload course-support-desk.skill in Claude (Settings, then Capabilities, then Skills), then type "Set up my course support desk".
