01 · THE SITUATIONLots of front doors. No hallway.
Bosses in Beauty sells a flagship program, the 6-Figure Beauty Business Blueprint, plus $27 products, a secret podcast, a quiz and a masterclass. Their team had built a lot already.
But a $27 buyer had no clear path to the flagship. Some products had no follow-up emails at all, others sent one every two days, and there was no discounted way in.
That's an Oracle problem: the business works, revenue is real, but growth still needs Raya and Trae to push it by hand.
02 · WHAT WE BUILTConnect what's there. Don't redo it.
Their team's work wasn't wrong, so we didn't undo it. We came in as an extra pair of eyes on the whole thing and connected it.
Audit + map
Every funnel page reviewed on video, then a full visual map of how buyers move (and where they stop).
The flow strategy
Five flows from five entry points: the $27 products, the secret podcast, the quiz, the masterclass and a top-tier upgrade. Every flow runs a personal 5-day countdown: one email a day, then two a day at the end.
The Kajabi build
Sequences, triggers and two new pages: a 5-day $2,497 offer and a $3,000 standard page. When a buyer's timer runs out, the offer steps up on its own. Masterclass emails were timed around the 72-hour replay.
Emails in Raya's voice
Every email signed by Raya and written the way she talks to her students, with objection-handling FAQs built in.
03 · WHAT HAPPENEDThe urgency runs itself now.
Every buyer, wherever they enter, gets a clear, timed path to the flagship. Nobody on the team has to remember to send the follow-up or change the price.
If growth still needs you to push it, you're an Oracle.
Oracles don't need more stuff built. They need what they already have to work harder without them. The Oracle container does exactly that.
