01 · THE SITUATIONFour offers. One inbox. Every sale by hand.
Libni coaches heart-led leaders, healers and creatives, the people who are "the strong one for everyone else, but quietly carry their own emotional weight." She runs a membership (Project: Me), a 3-month group program (Liberate), a 12-week 1:1 mentorship and in-person retreats.
None of it had a proper home. Offers were scattered across her personal channels, nearly every sale happened in DMs, and new people kept asking the same thing: "Where do I start?"
She had the audience. What leaked was the path from "I love her content" to "I just paid." Classic Alchemist.
02 · WHAT WE BUILTA clear path from the first offer to the biggest one.
We worked with Libni in Bisaya and Tagalog, and kept her soft, soulful tone on every page.
Clarity first
Brand assets, her top Reels and an offer clarity questionnaire, so every page started from her own words about her clients.
Three offers, three pages
Full sales copy for Project: Me, Liberate and The Mentorship, all three set up in Kajabi, plus a visual funnel map with a video walkthrough.
Selling before Stripe was ready
While payments were being connected, we wrote an early-bird checkout by GCash, bank transfer or PayPal, so she could start selling straight away.
The Project: Me portal
A member's portal in Kajabi, with fonts and colours chosen for readability over the brand board.
Members become clients
A 9-email sequence that walks every Project: Me member toward the Liberate waitlist. The Liberate page flips from waitlist to checkout with one switch.
Ads SOP + a whole website
A basic ads and retargeting SOP, a free-training script that pitches Project: Me, and full copy for libni.co: home, offers, stories, speaking, podcast, events and her retreat.
03 · WHAT HAPPENEDThe pages sold on day one.
Within a day of the new pages going live, $530 came in without Libni pitching anyone by hand. Her clients now know where to go and what to do next, and her members have a path to her group program that runs every day.
I finally have a digital home that feels like me. My clients know exactly where to go and what to do next.

If people love your content but don't buy, you're an Alchemist.
You don't need a bigger audience yet. You need the one you have to see a clear next step. The Alchemist container builds that step, and the emails that walk people up it.
