Case studies / Honey Sol Tamayo
Alchemist · Conversion

From ten years of know-how to a course with a price tag.

Honey had been freelancing since 2010 and ran her own marketing team, but none of that expertise was for sale. In coaching, we turned it into a Skill Library and shipped the first course, Content That Pays.

01 · THE SITUATIONAll the expertise, none of it for sale.

Honey started freelancing in 2010, built a team and served dozens of clients. She was moving from corporate work to her own online brand, with no course and no structured way to build one.

Her audience was specific and underserved: Bisaya-speaking Filipinos starting out as freelancers and VAs, who learn best in their own mix of Bisaya and English.

02 · WHAT WE BUILTOne skill at a time, instead of a whole ladder.

This was a coaching engagement. Honey drafted, we set the strategy, reviewed by video and made the final edits.

The strategy session

Instead of a full value ladder, a Skill Library: stand-alone courses she could ship one at a time, starting with content marketing. Pre-recorded, launched with an exclusive offer, then evergreen.

Dashboard + sales page

A launch timeline, task tracker and document hub. We reviewed her sales page draft on video, then did the final edits ourselves.

Content That Pays

A 4-part course, taught in mixed Bisaya and English, at about $40, with bonuses like a content calendar, 100+ CTAs and 500 captions. Lessons recorded.

May 2025

The agency back end

Pricing tiers, a contract-plus-invoice flow, a service agreement and onboarding emails for her done-for-you team.

03 · WHAT HAPPENEDA product, a price and a plan.

1course built and recorded
4modules, taught the way her audience talks
$40price point set

Honey left with a sellable course, a page that speaks her audience's language ("Dili ka ma nosebleed, pareho ta"), and a plan to add one skill course at a time.

Alchemist · Sound familiar?

Know-how isn't an offer until someone can buy it.

That's where a lot of Alchemists start. The Alchemist container turns what you know into a clear offer and a page that sells it.
